The Board of Directors of Coloplast A/S elected its own Chairman and Vice-Chairman

Today, immediately after the Annual General Meeting of Coloplast A/S, the Board
of Directors re-elected Mr. Michael Pram Rasmussen as Chairman and Mr. Niels
Peter Louis-Hansen as Vice-Chairman.
