Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 16, 2008 , Mr Markus Pohl, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on emQtec AG, Friedberg-Derching, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0JL529,
WKN: A0JL52, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% limit of the Voting Rights on
December 16, 2008  and now amount to 10.08% (this corresponds to 403000
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.08%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 403000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Pohl  from MP Consulting GmbH.
