Change in Realkredit Danmark A/S's Executive Board
The CEO of Realkredit Danmark A/S, Mr Sven Holm, 62, has announced his wish to
retire at the end of May 2009.
Mr Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen will be appointed new CEO. Mr Rasmussen, 44, has
been a member of Realkredit Danmark's Executive Board since 2006. He trained
with Realkredit Danmark and has been employed since 1984. In 1989, he also
earned a Diploma in Business Administration (organisation).
As from 1 June 2009, Realkredit Danmark's Executive Board will consist of
Mr Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen, CEO.
