Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 16, 2008 Summa NV, Antwerpen, The Netherlands, informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para.1 and sec. 41 para. 2 that their notifications
published both in Börsen-Zeitung on November 7, 2000 and April 12, 2002
regarding Beate Uhse AG as no voting interest in Beate Uhse AG was to be
attributed to them on July 21, 2000 and April 1, 2002 and therefore no
notification obligation pursuant the WpHG applied to them and have not
applied since then.
They rather notify pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that their voting
interest in Beate Uhse AG fell below 10% and 5% on July 21, 2000, and
amounts to 0% (0 voting rights) as per this day.
