Termination of membership on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen

By decision of the Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen the
membership of Lehman Brothers International Ltd has been terminated. Lehman
Brothers' trading rights have been suspended since 15 September.
