NCC sells Airport Plaza Business Park Largo, Helsinki, Finland, for
approximately SEK 175 million

NCC Property Development Oy has sold Airport Plaza Business Park Largo to Real
Estate Fund Finland I, which is managed by Pohjola Kiinteistösijoitus Oy. The
sale of the property will have a positive impact on earnings, which will be
reported in the first quarter of 2009.

Airport Plaza Business Park is located in the Aviapolis area of Vantaa. Plaza
Largo, comprising 6.160 square meters of office space, is the seventh completed
building in the area and was finished in December 2008. Approximately 65 percent
of the property has been leased. NCC is responsible for leasing the remaining
floor space over five years or until all the premises have been leased and has
made full provision for the rental guarantees.

- Aviapolis has become one of the most attractive corporate areas in the
Helsinki region and demand for premises is high. It is an attractive area for
