Correction of release of December 17, 2008 according to Article 26, Section
1 of the WpHG

On December 16, 2008, Mr Markus Pohl, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
emQtec AG, Friedberg-Derching, Germany, ISIN: DE000AOJL529, WKN: AOJL52,
have exceeded the 10 % limit of the Voting Rights on December 16, 2008 and
now amount to 10,08 % (this corresponds to 403.000 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10,08 %
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 403.000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Pohl from MP Consulting GmbH.
