according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder, Germany, ISIN:
DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting
Rights on October 22, 2008  and now amount to 4.85% (this corresponds to
713000 Voting Rights).
