informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, Birkenwerder,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000FPH9000, WKN: FPH900, have exceeded the 3% and 5%
limit of the Voting Rights on August 29, 2008  and now amount to 6.14%
(this corresponds to 903000 Voting Rights).
