Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 19th, 2008 cominvest Asset Management GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany,
notified us according to section 21 paragraph 1 and section 22 paragraph 1,
sentence 1, number 6 of the German Securities Trading Act and section 32
paragraph 2 of the German Investment Act as following:

We hereby inform you according to section 21 paragraph 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act in conjunction with section 32 paragraph 2 of the
German Investment Act that on December 18th, 2008 our stake in the voting
rights in Heidelberger Druckmaschinen Aktiengesellschaft, Kurfürsten-Anlage
52-60, 69115 Heidelberg, fell below the threshold of 3 % and amounts to
2.9843509 % (2,329,090 ordinary shares).

Thereof 1.8811191 % of voting rights (1,468,090 ordinary shares) are
attributed to us according to section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 6
of the German Securities Trading Act.
