Sinopec announces in a press-release dated December 19, 2008 that they have obtained approximately 95 percent of the shares in Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. According to this information and ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.8, Tanganyika (TYKS SDB, SE0001134537) will be removed from OMX Stockholm Benchmark index. Last inclusion date for Tanganyika will be December 23, 2008.
