AGREEMENT OF 250.000 SHARES OF EIRIKUVA DIGITAL IMAGE OYJ ABP
Rite Internet Ventures AB from Stockholm and Peto Ventures Oy from Vantaa have
made option agreement of selling 250.000 shares of Eirikuva Digital Image Oyj
Abp no later than March 31, 2011. In the agreement the selling price per share
is 0,10 euros. 250.000 shares are 3,5 percent of all shares. Peto Ventures Oy
is owned by Timo-Petteri Erkintalo, member of the board in Eirikuva Digital
Image Oyj Abp.
