22.12.2008. OnVista Financial Services GmbH a wholly owned subsidiary of
OnVista AG and Boursorama S.A. today signed a contract regarding the
acquisition of the ongoing business of the German branch office of
Boursorama S.A. The branch office in Frankfurt on the Main has been
operating under the name of OnVista Bank (formerly Fimatex) since May 2008.
On conclusion of the due diligence process and valuation by an independent
accounting firm, the two parties agreed on a purchase price for the
relevant assets in the amount of EUR 5.93 million. The transaction is
subject to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) granting the
buyer a banking licence and becoming a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund
of the Association of German Banks (Bundesverband deutscher Banken e.V.).
Following OnVista Financial Services GmbH getting the banking licence,
OnVista Financial Services GmbH will be renamed OnVista Bank GmbH.
