Amer Sports Corporation has received information to the effect that
Governance for Owners Llp's share capital and voting rights of Amer
Sports has reached one-twentieth (1/20) on December 18, 2008.
Governance for Owners now owns 3,672,458 shares, which represent
5.03% of the company's share capital and voting rights.

Amer Sports capital consists of 73,045,551 shares in issue.
