Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 22, 2008 , Ms Liliana Nordbakk, München, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
her Voting Rights on NorCom Information Technology AG, München,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005250302, WKN: 525030, have exceeded the 3%, 5% and
10% limit of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2008  and now amount to
11.07% (this corresponds to 1176362 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 10.82%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1150176 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Ms Nordbakk  from  via Nordbakk Beteiligungen GmbH & Co KG
and  Nordbakk Beteiligungen Verwaltungs GmbH.
