informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on NorCom Information Technology AG, München,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005250302, WKN: 525030, have exceeded the 3%, 5%,
10%, 15%, 20% and 25% limit of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2008  and
