Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 22, 2008 , Mr Viggo Nordbakk, München has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
NorCom Information Technology AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005250302,
WKN: 525030, have fallen below the 30% limit of the Voting Rights on
November 19, 2008  and now amount to 25.57% (this corresponds to 2717433
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 25.26%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2683746 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Nordbakk  from  via Nordbakk Invest GmbH.
