The Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp decided to change the structure of the Delfi Group so that it would reflect the current management structure. Until now Delfi Latvia, Delfi Lithuania and Defli Ukraine were owned by Delfi Eesti, which in turn was owned by AS Ekspress Grupp. The managers of Latvian and Lithuanin Delfi portals were also members of the Management Board of Delfi Estonia. Now SIA Delfi Holding, a new holding company 100% subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp will be established. The holding company will acquire all regional Delfi subsidiaries and will also become the holder of all trade marks and licenses. From-now-on all decisions regarding development shall be made by the management of the new holding company. Its management will include all regional managers plus marketing manager and IT manager of Delfi Eesti. The new holding company will be located in Riga due to its geographical advantage and due to the fact that Latvian and Lithuanian Delfi portals have also the biggest growth potential in the near future.
