Munich, December 24, 2008 – The Supervisory Board of IM Internationalmedia
AG recalls Sascha R. Prestel with resolution as of December 23, 2008 as
member of the Management Board of the Company. Simultaneously the
Supervisory Board has reinstated Mr. Konstantin Thoeren in his formerly
held position as CEO (Vorstandsvorsitzender) and as member of the
Management Board of IM Internationalmedia AG. Mr. Frederick Ulrich will be
added as member of the Management Board (Vorstand) in the company by the
Supervisory Board and therefore the company returns to dual leadership.
Both Konstantin Thoeren and Frederick Ulrich will represent IM
Internationalmedia AG alone. Immediately after reinstatement as new CEO
(Vorstandvorsitzender) Konstantin Thoeren has informed the Court of
Registry that the company is withdrawing the application for commencement
of insolvency proceedings that had been submitted on August 19, 2008. The
withdrawal was made following an exercise of options under the IM
Internationalmedia warrant bond and payment of capital contributions by IM
Acquisition Company, LLC against the issuance of new shares, enabling the
company to pay its due obligations.

Oliver Kächele, member of the Supervisory Board, resigns as of December 31,
2008 for personal reasons.
