Peab Industri AB has requested a delisting of the company’s shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the Exchange). 

The Exchange has approved the application and decided to delist the shares of Peab Industri AB, ISIN code SE0002091496, order book ID 42887 and short name PIND B.  

The last day of trading will be Friday, January 30th, 2009.
