About the Author
Michael Wayne writes stories of mystery/adventure, fairy tales and poetry. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1951, the son of a home builder/paint contractor and a stay at home mom. After the death of his parents in 1971, Michael married and enlisted in the military, became an engineer/operator for a counter mortar and low trajectory missile radar unit overseas, then later an operations engineer for a 450-bed MASH unit.
Two daughters and seven years later, Michael left the military and became a lead electrical/mechanical principal, testing and repairing computer equipment for an oil service company. Michael wrote in his spare time while working and raising a family. In 2008, his first story, "An Angel's Faith," was published by Xlibris Publishing.
