Listing procedure initiated for AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” extra bearer shares with the voting rights

Riga Stock Exchange on December 30, 2008 received an application from AS
„Latvijas Krājbanka” requesting the extra bearer shares with the voting rights
to be listed on Baltic Secondary List. 

The Riga Stock Exchange Management Board's resolution on listing will be
announced publicly immediately after it has been made.
