New strategic investor will attend nextevolution long-term 

Hamburg / Mainz, December 30, 2008: nextevolution AG (ISIN DE000A0JC0A2 /
Prime Standard) announces, that the private equity fund BO4 Investment
Partnership II GmbH & Co. KG, a fund managed by Technology Growth Investor
Beaufort Capital, together with the private investor Dr Rainer Bischoff,
acquired 60.30 percent of the shares of nextevolution AG indirectly via
White Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (currently still named fentus 6. GmbH).
Beaufort Capital holds the majority of the equity and Dr Rainer Bischoff
holds the majority of votes in White Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH
(currently still named fentus 6. GmbH). With Dr Rainer Bischoff a long-term
business partner of Beaufort Capital was converted as a partner. Besides
the fact, that Dr Bischoff itself is a well networked investment manager,
said acquisition structure was chosen by Beaufort Capital for regulatory
reasons. Beaufort Capital concentrates within its investment descisions on
medium sized technology companies in the segments telecommunication,
software, hardware and environmental technologies. As a strategic
orientated investor, Beaufort Capital strives to attend nextevolution
long-term.
