1) Correction of a voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG of February 22, 2007

Julius Bär Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has notified us that they
correct their voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
of February 22, 2007 with regard to exceeding the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights in WashTec AG, Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN:
750750 on February 01, 2007 as follows: at this time the voting rights in
WashTec AG, Augsburg, Germany amounting to 5.87% (892,650 voting rights)
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG were not to be attributed via Julius Baer Multistock
SICAV, Luxemburg, Luxemburg but via the following shareholder, who held 3%
or more of the voting rights in WashTec AG: Julius Baer Multipartner SICAV,
Luxemburg, Luxemburg.

2) Voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

Julius Bär Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has notified us pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in WashTec AG,
Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN: 750750, fell below the
threshold of 5% on December 19, 2008 and amounts to 4.34% (659,629 voting
rights) as per this day.

Of these voting rights, 4.34% (659,629 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Julius Bär Holding AG pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

Voting rights are to be attributed to Julius Bär Holding AG via the
following shareholder, who holds 3% or more of the voting rights in WashTec
AG: Julius Baer Multipartner SICAV, Luxemburg, Luxemburg.

3) Correction of a voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG of August 13, 2008

Julius Bär Invest AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has notified us that they
correct their voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
of August 13, 2008 with regard to exceeding the threshold of 5% of the
voting rights in WashTec AG, Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN:
750750 on February 01, 2007 as follows: at this time the voting rights in
WashTec AG, Augsburg, Germany amounting to 5.87% (892,650 voting rights)
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG were not to be attributed via Julius Baer Multistock
SICAV, Luxemburg, Luxemburg but via the following shareholder, who held 3%
or more of the voting rights in WashTec AG: Julius Baer Multipartner SICAV,
Luxemburg, Luxemburg.

4) Voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in WashTec AG,
Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN: 750750, fell below the
threshold of 5% on December 19, 2008 and amounts to 4.34% (659,629 voting
rights) as per this day.

Of these voting rights, 4.34% (659,629 voting rights) are to be attributed

that they withdraw their voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG of February 22, 2007 with regard to exceeding the threshold of
5% of the voting rights in WashTec AG, Augsburg, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007507501, WKN: 750750 on February 01, 2007: no voting rights were held.

6) Voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

Julius Baer (Luxemburg) SA, Luxemburg, Luxemburg, has notified us pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in WashTec AG,
Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN: 750750, exceeded the threshold
