that via shares its Voting Rights on IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006205701, WKN: 620570, have fallen below the 10%, 5% and 3% limit
of the Voting Rights on December 23, 2008  and now amount to 0% (this
corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
