informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0LD2U1, WKN: A0LD2U, have fallen below the 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%,
10%, 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008  and now
amount to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
