Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On December 30, 2008, Mourant Limited, Jersey, Channel Islands has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0LD2U1, WKN: A0LD2U, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%,
30% and 50% limit of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008  and now amount
to 52.04% (this corresponds to 29143501 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 52.04%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 29143501 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Mourant Ireland Limited via Mourant & Co.
Limited.

On December 30, 2008, Mourant & Co. Limited, Jersey, Channel Islands has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0LD2U1, WKN: A0LD2U, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%,
30% and 50% limit of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008  and now amount
to 52.04% (this corresponds to 29143501 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 52.04%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 29143501 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Mourant Ireland Limited.

On December 30, 2008, Mourant Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0LD2U1, WKN: A0LD2U, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%,
30% and 50% limit of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008  and now amount
to 52.04% (this corresponds to 29143501 Voting Rights).
