Release of a Voting Rights announcement

In a letter dated December 19, 2008, received December 29, 2008, Henderson
Global Investors, London, U.K. has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on UMS United
Medical Systems International AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005493654,
WKN: 549365, had fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on June 12,
2002  and afterwards amounted to 4.50% of 5,800,000 Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 260,889 Voting Rights). Further Henderson Global Investors
has informed us, that further sales were executed up until November 15,
2004 where Voting Rights dropped to zero.
