The public offer of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” ordinary bearer shares ended on January 6th 2009, during which the shareholders and investors were offered to acquire 5`000`000 new issue shares. Within the public offer 10 shares were subscribed and fully paid. According to the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” shareholders` meeting decision, the issue is considered to be happen in incomplete amount. At the same time the biggest shareholder of the bank AB Bankas “Snoras” has addressed the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” board with a suggestion to perform all necessary activities to continue the issue process.
