informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares

ISIN: DE0007269003, WKN: 726900, have fallen below the 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%,
20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on December 22, 2008
