Regarding the election of a new member of the Board of AB Hanner

We inform, that on 06th January 2009 the general assembly of the shareholders
of AB „Hanner“ decided to recall Mr. Robertas Kisielius from the members of the
Board of AB „Hanner“ and elect Mr. Mindaugas Valuckas as a new member of the
Board of AB „Hanner“.
