Tiina Kihlakaski joins Lemminkäinen from TietoEnator Corporation, where she served as vice president of the corporate-level HR service center and previously as the head of a profit unit, among other appointments. She reports to Managing Director Timo Kohtamäki and is a member of Lemminkäinen Group's Executive Board.
