(hereinafter each referred to as the 'Reporting Person' and several of them
as the 'Reporting Persons')

has informend us according to Sec. 21 para 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

(1)  On December 28, 2007, the Reporting Persons under 1 and 2 each fell
below the thresholds of 75%, 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, 3% of the
voting rights in CCR Logistics Systems AG, Karl-Hammerschmidt-Str. 36,
85609 Dornach (the 'Company'). On December 28, 2007 0.00 percent (0 voting
rights out of altogether 7,602,000 voting rights) of the voting rights were
held in each case.
(2) On December 28, 2007, the Reporting Persons under 3 - 6 each crossed
the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% of the
voting rights in the Company. On December 28, 2007 82.49 percent (6,271,119
voting rights out of altogether 7,602,000 voting rights) of the voting
rights were held in each case.
On December 28, 2007 82.49 percent of these voting rights (6,271,119 voting
rights) are attribu¬ted to each of them pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sentence
1 no. 1 WpHG from the Reverse Logistics GmbH, Germany.
The chain of subsidiaries through which voting rights are attributed to the
Reporting Persons under 3 - 6 is as follows:
* the Reverse Logistics GmbH, Germany, is a subsidiary of the Kingswood S.à
r.l., Luxembourg;
* the Kingswood S.à r.l., Luxembourg, is a subsidiary of the Monitor
Clipper Partners Investments (SARL) SICAR, Luxembourg;
* the Monitor Clipper Partners Investments (SARL) SICAR, Luxembourg, is a
subsidiary of the MCEP II Europe, L.P., U.S.A.;
* the MCEP II Europe, L.P., U.S.A., is a subsidiary of the Reporting Person
under 6;
* the Reporting Person under 6 is a subsidiary of the Reporting Person
under 5.
* the Reporting Person under 5 is a subsidiary of the Reporting Person
under 4.
* the Reporting Person under 4 is a subsidiary of the Reporting Person
under 3.
