On December 9, 2008, Sebastian Holdings Ltd., Turks and Caicos, British
West Indies has informed  us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights in BKN International AG, Köln,
Deutschland , ISIN: DE0005290704, WKN: 529070, have exceeded the 10% limit
of the Voting Rights on September 28, 2007 and now amount to 10.08% (this
corresponds to 1,954,781 Voting Rights).
