Publication of price sensitive information at a specific time
NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has given a reprimand to Greentech Energy Systems A/S
because the company did not publish a company announcement regarding the
production halt of Energia Verde, at the latest at the point in time where the
company's management must have realised that the production halt would last for
a significant amount of time, in accordance with rule 3.1.1 and 3.1.3 in Rules
for issuers of shares.

In order to ensure more transparency about the decisions from the exchange, the
exchange decided, on 1 July 2008, to publish decisions made by the exchange
concerning a reprimand or a fine, with the identity of the issuer. This is
stated in Rules for issuers of shares on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, rule 5.
