New Oriental Energy & Chemical Corp. Says Chief Financial Officer Will be Leaving the Company in February


NEW YORK, Jan. 9, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New Oriental Energy & Chemical Corp. (Nasdaq:NOEC), a specialty chemical and emerging coal-based alternative fuel manufacturer in The People's Republic of China (the "PRC"), reported today that Mr. Ben Wang, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position for personal reasons effective February 7, 2009. Unless a replacement is named in the interim, the position of CFO will be filled by Mr. Chen Si Qiang, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
