Announcement about resignation of the Supervisory Board

JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE” on 7th of January, year 2009 received applications
from supervisory Board that from 23rd of December, year 2008 Andrejs Martinovs,
Arturs Miezis, Edgars Leimanis and Armands Strods resigned by own desire from
members of the Supervisory Board of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE” positions and
from 23rd of December, year 2008 Jānis Leimanis resigned by own desire from
Chairman's of the Supervisory Board of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE” position.
