Changes to the Finance Function

Changes to the Finance Function

As part of the ongoing effort to restructure the Morphic Group the finance
function will be reorganized. In connection with these changes Morphic
Technologies' current CFO, Håkan Wallin, has decided to move on to new
challenges. Helena Nilsson has been appointed new CFO of Morphic Technologies,
and Christian Westas will become new CFO of Morphic Wind AB.

“Håkan Wallin has done a very good job for Morphic, not least in terms of
organizing and continuing to restructure our finance function. He has also made
a big contribution to improving the way we monitor our operations and financial
position. Following the restructuring plans adopted by the Board, which are now
being implemented, the role of the finance function in the parent company will
change somewhat, and Håkan has made the decision to move on to other
challenges,” Martin Valfridsson, President and CEO of Morphic Technologies,
says.

Helena Nilsson has been appointed new CFO of Morphic Technologies. Helena
currently holds the post of Director of Accounting and has been working in
Morphic's finance function since the company was founded in 1999.

Christian Westas has been appointed new CFO of Morphic Wind. Christian is
currently CFO of the Morphic subsidiary DynaWind AB.
