INTEREST PAYMENT AND PARTIAL REDEMPTION OF LHV ILMARISE KINNISVARAPORTFELL BONDS

interest payments and partial redemption on January 15, 2009, at 8.00 a.m. 
 
Proceeding from the above, starting from January 12, 2009 the bonds of LHV
Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell OÜ (IKPB058029AB) are traded ex-interest and
partial redemption. 

OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell will pay interest on its Bonds
(IKPB058029AB) in the amount of EEK 1.45 (EUR 0.09) per each bond and redeems
366 Bonds, i.e. 0,85% of the Bonds.
