Scribona AB has requested a delisting of the company’s shares from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB (the Exchange). 

The Exchange has approved the application and decided to delist the shares of Scribona AB ser. A and ser. B (ISIN code SE0000188500, order book ID 854 for the A-share and ISIN code SE0000188518, order book ID 855 for the B share). 

The last day of trading will be Thursday, January 15th, 2009.

Please note that the shares in Scribona AB will be traded on First North from Friday January 16th, 2009.
