Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Correcting the publication from January 5, 2009: DOMUS Real Estate GmbH,
Hamburg, Deutschland has informed us on January 12 according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on AGIV REAL ESTATE
AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006911324, WKN: 502820, have exceeded
the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 12, 2009 and now amount to
3.74% (this corresponds to 1350000 Voting Rights).

In addition to this publication Mr Christian Bock, Deutschland has informed
us on January 12 according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares his Voting Rights on AGIV REAL ESTATE AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006911324, WKN: 502820, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on Dezember 30, 2008 and now amount to 3.74% (this corresponds to
1350000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.74% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1350000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Bock from DOMUS Real Estate GmbH.
