Following recommendations prepared by the Lithuanian Securities Commission and Article 24.5 of the Rules of Vilnius Stock Exchange we provide assumptions used for year 2009 results calculating. The Group which consists of JSC Grigiskes and daughter enterprise Baltwood LTD planned results for year 2009 were calculated in pursuance of sales maintaining on the level of year 2008. Prices of raw material were forecasted according to the recent price trends. Also we believe, that price of the natural gas which has a significant impact on the Group's results will not exceed the price level what was reached in autumn 2008.
