Transfer of Broström shares to wholly-owned company

Certain members of the Dreijer family have transferred part of their
shareholdings in Broström AB to a company that is wholly-owned by these family
members, Borrosen Förvaltning AB. This transfer does not result in any de facto
change of control of the relevant shares. Nor does it affect the undertakings
made by the relevant family members to Maersk Product Tankers AB, as Borrosen
Förvaltning AB has previously made a corresponding undertaking.

The reason for the transfer is that the Dreijer family wishes to consolidate
part of the capital that will be released in connection with the sale of
Broström shares that is expected to occur when the conditions of the offer by
Maersk Product Tankers AB have been satisfied.

Since the transfer is caught by the Swedish shareholding disclosure
requirements, a disclosure notification concerning the transfer has been
submitted to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
