ANNOUNCEMENT
A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S - offer to the shareholders in Broström AB (publ) is
unconditional
A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S has today received approval from the European
competition authorities to complete the public offer to the shareholders in
Broström AB (publ).
All conditions in the offer are now fulfilled and the offer will be completed
following expiry of the acceptance period 16 January (16.00 Danish time).
The conditions of the offer are in accordance with the press release attached
to the announcement made by A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S on 27 August 2008.
The final number of votes and share capital in Broström AB (publ) controlled by
A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S after completion of the offer is expected to be
announced on 19 January 2009.
