The AS Ekspress Grupp share issue of the 1 877 760 shares with the subscription price of 15 kroons per share was precisely subscribed at term. Subscribers were: HHL Rühm with 1 393 575 shares ING Luxembourg with 432 025 shares SEB with 52160 shares The newly subscribed shares shall be transferred to the securities accounts of the subscribers supposedly on 20 January 2009.
