THE DECISION OF THE SUPREME COURT CONCERNING THE SHARE ISSUE AND SALES OF       
WESTEND ICT PLC (former TJ GROUP PLC) IN THE YEAR 2000                          


The Supreme Court has today passed a judgment at the above mentioned case. The  
Supreme Court increased the corporate fine with EUR 50,000 and, thus the        
corporate fine is EUR 100,000. On the other parts the decisions of Helsinki     
Court of Appeal has not been changed regarding to the Company.
