ADAPTING TO A CHANGING MARKET - ALDATA ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO CORPORATE
MANAGEMENT TEAM AND MANAGEMENT COUNCIL

Aldata Solution Oyj announces changes to its Corporate Management
Team (CMT) and Management Council (MC) effective today 16th January
2009.

Bertrand Sciard, President and CEO of Aldata explains: " There are
major changes taking place in the global economy and in the retail
sector specifically so we are adapting our leadership team structure
to better serve the demands of different customer groups, increase
market responsiveness to those demands, and optimize our financial
and administration efficiency".

The Aldata CMT will now consist of three members only; Bertrand
Sciard, Thomas Hoyer, Chief Financial Officer, and Allan Davies,
Chief Marketing Officer. Graham Howell will assist the CMT in his
role as Group Financial Controller."I am very pleased to announce that Patrick Buellet has accepted the
role of leading our new Corporate Accounts unit dedicated to serving
the needs of our largest customers worldwide, and I welcome Shaun
Bossons, leader of the Apollo business unit to the MC" added Sciard.
