Witness a Woman's Struggles as She Faces Life's Most Turbulent Times -- a Poignant Story of Spiritual Healing and Renewal

LENOX, Mass., Jan. 15, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- All of us have our own stories to tell. Let Elna Fone Nugent share hers with Mountain Ash, a remarkable memoir of a woman's struggles.

Born after two depressing miscarriages, the author's birth was considered a sheer miracle by her family. She was a blessing for her parents and a new cheerful playmate to neighborhood kids. However, the idea of her peculiarity failed to escape Elna's attention. Somehow, at the corners of her mind, she knew that there's something different about her.

Obstacles accompanied Elna all throughout. She had untold moments of unphysical pains and sufferings, most of which she chose to keep to herself. But being the brave soul that she is, Elna managed to stand from the ashes of the darkest period of her life.

Covering her childhood days up to the present, Elna's heartwarming story vividly describes her overwhelming experiences and the difficult decisions she made as she faced life's bitter trials. With this New England memoir, witness how one woman conquered life's adversities as she discovered the illuminated path to healing and renewal.
