Learn How to Deal With Change -- New Book Will Help Families and Individuals Become Aware of the Changes of Life

JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Jan. 15, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Change is inevitable. It is the one phenomenon that tradition cannot stop and for the most part, it reflects the unpredictable nature of life. What should people do to become a true part of change instead of becoming a victim of it? Find out in the new book Changes: A Guide through the Crossroads in Life, authored by Michael Panar.

Changes is written to help families and individuals become aware of the changes in life. It emphasizes the experiences of real people as they go through transitions in their lives. The goal of this book is to help you to cope with the changes in your life: nurturing genuine love; cultivating secure attachment in childhood, adolescence and young adulthood; and adapting to changes in mid-life, later life, and older age. Changes will help you become more resilient in coping with these changes. Ways to achieve a healthy life are discussed, which involves cultivating physical, mental, spiritual and social health. From the first page until the last, this comprehensive guide will help you deal with the unpredictable nature of life.
