Pöyry PLC's Annual General Meeting will be held one day earlier than
previously announced. The Annual General Meeting will thus be held on
Tuesday, 10 March 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Pöyry PLC will publish the notice
of the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 4 February 2009 at 9:00
a.m.
